The Shenandoah-Blue Ridge Appaloosa Association is a regional Appaloosa Club chartered by the ApHC in the state of Virginia.  S-BRAA was established in 1977 to promote and preserve the Appaloosa horse. 

  
The S-BRAA also hosts the Lee-Jackson Classic at the Virginia Horse Center. This year the show will be June 2 and 3, 2012.

  There are open, non pro, and youth classes under four judges over two days.  This show is attended by people from Maine to Florida and as far west as Texas.  

  A trail ride is held during the year to help raise funds and get owners, family, and friends together for a good time and for the benefit of the breed.  For even more fun, we hold silent auctions at most of our events and shows.We are really excited about our new upcoming events and hope to see you there. 

  You don't have to be a club member to enjoy most of them. However, we would love for you to join; we always welcome new friends, fresh ideas, and many more spots!
